Sankyo Flutes
The first Sankyo flute was manufactured in November 1968, three months after opening the first studio in the city of Sayama, near Tokyo, Japan. From then on, word has spread about this wonderfully crafted flute and orders came pouring in.
Today Sankyo has over 70 employees, who produce around 350 flutes per month; and 50% of this production is exported worldwide. Sankyo is always looking for technological innovations to cater the expectations and demand of flute players.
